Corrections Policy

How factual errors, outdated information and material omissions are reviewed and corrected.

01

Submitting a correction

Readers and vendors may flag a specific factual statement with supporting evidence. Feedback about preference or positioning is considered, but it does not automatically justify a correction.

02

Review process

The editorial team checks the original source, newer documentation and the effect of the issue on the recommendation. Material errors are prioritized over cosmetic changes.

03

Update transparency

Substantive corrections should be reflected promptly, with the page review date updated. Significant changes to a conclusion may receive an explicit correction note.
