Scoring Methodology

The criteria used to evaluate B2B software consistently while preserving category-specific judgment and buyer context.

01

Core evaluation dimensions

Assessments consider problem fit, verified capability depth, usability, implementation, integrations, security and governance, scalability, support, pricing transparency and evidence quality.

02

Category-specific weighting

Weights change by category. Security software requires deeper risk, data and governance scrutiny; ecommerce software places more emphasis on experimentation, attribution and ecosystem fit.

03

Scores require evidence

A score is not published unless the criteria, evidence and calculation are defensible. Narrative buyer-fit guidance remains more important than a single summary number.
